What if…

A client pays by check instead?

Record it in QuickBooks as usual. Krakzilla sees the invoice is paid and stops the reminders.

I change or void an invoice in QuickBooks?

Krakzilla reads the invoice again from QuickBooks before every email and every payment, so clients always see the current amount, and a voided invoice is never chased.

An email bounces?

The invoice is flagged on your dashboard and its reminders wait. Fix the address in Krakzilla and it's updated in QuickBooks too.

A client disputes or refunds a payment?

It's flagged on your dashboard and the payment's page, so you can sort it out with the client and record it in QuickBooks.

I stop using Krakzilla?

Disconnect anytime. Krakzilla stops at once and deletes its copy of your QuickBooks data after 30 days. Your QuickBooks records stay as they are.

Setup takes about 15 minutes.
